The Well standard

The standard begins before graduation.

Students should enter the profession with more than a license. They should carry the confidence of knowing they are excellent therapists—and a professionalism shaped inside a spa.
01

Skilled hands

A strong foundation in technique, assessment, anatomy, and thoughtful treatment planning.

02

Professional presence

The communication, boundaries, professionalism, and client care needed to succeed in any massage therapy setting.

03

Quiet confidence

Small-class instruction designed to help every student know both what to do and why it matters.

Founder's vision

Built from the experience of The Well Spa.

Brittany Jolly, licensed massage therapist and owner of The Well Spa, created the Institute around a simple belief: close instruction and real spa standards can prepare students to serve clients with both skill and confidence.

Founding class

An evening program with room to know every student.

The planned class will be limited to six students and offered in an evening format. Application dates, the academic calendar, tuition details, and enrollment steps will be announced after final program approvals.
